There are 5 levels: misses all expectations, meets some expectations, meets all expectations, exceeds expectations, greatly exceeds expectations. Most individuals hit "meets all expectations.” ****"Exceeds expectations" generally indicates that you've started to attempt to scale yourself in one way or another in this category. "Greatly exceeds expectations" means your work in this category has led to a substantial improvement for the business.
